This Farewell Lunch offers a moment to slow down, reflect, and savour the journey we have shared — honouring the friendships formed, the flavours discovered, and the meaningful experiences that have defined our four-day Grand Chapitre in Vietnam.

About Our Chef(s)

On our final day, we return to the table with a familiar and much-anticipated presence. Chef Olivier Corti, who welcomed us on our opening evening with his Vietnamese-inspired fusion creations, greets us once again — this time showcasing his signature French culinary artistry at the Michelin-recognised Le Comptoir.
