Born in Città della Pieve in Italy’s Umbria-Tuscany region and trained in Italy and Australia, has brought his refined Italian culinary heritage to Hanoi where he led Cugini and now heads Culina Modern Dining. Known for his inventive blend of European finesse and Asian sensibility, he champions exceptional ingredients and creative technique in every dish.
