When selecting the VNPAY payment option, the system will redirect you to the VNPAY payment page. Please choose one of the following three methods to complete your order payment: scan the VNPAY QR code, use a domestic card or bank account, or use a VNPAY e-wallet.

  1. After making the payment, please take a screenshot of the successful transfer bill (in some cases where bank notifications are delayed, we will rely on the successful transfer bill to proceed with your order) or send the information to the email Official@chainevietnam.com for assistance.

  2. You agree to comply with our payment guidelines. Chainevietnam.com cannot and will not be held legally responsible or liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these payment regulations.

  • Chainevietnam.com provides a token storage utility – only storing the string encrypted by the Payment Gateway Partner provided to chainevietnam.com. Chainevietnam.com does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is managed by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.
  • For international cards: the payment card information of customers, which can be used to initiate transactions, is not stored on the chainevietnam.com system. The Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure this information.
  • For domestic cards (internet banking), chainevietnam.com only stores the order code, transaction code, and bank name.
